    Comeback special. Need advice

    Hey guys. Couple simple questions.

    I'm 27. 5'9" 189lbs 11% body fat.
    Training for years. Couple cycles already under my belt.

    I finished a cycle 3.5 wks ago but got mono during my pct.. Dropping me nearly 20 pounds

    My question is... On my next cycle would it be smarter to run tren or EQ with my test next to get it back? I'm aware ttren is stronger but the hunger increase of eq sounds like a godsend.. Which would you guys suggest?

    I dont like EQ but LOVE tren when I use it on cycle. Most vets will ask what your cycle history to give you more information. Also stats would be helpful

    3 full cycles to date. 1 failed one...
    1st cycle Test e @ 500 wk
    2nd cycle test e @ 600 wk with dbol kicker
    3rd cycle test e @ 650 wk. Tren e @ 400 wk. Adrol kicker
    I'm 27 yrs old. 189lbs. Been personal training for 5 years. Training for 6.
    Before my pct I was 207 lbs... Illness ruined me..

    Run them both. The tren has it's obvious benifits and the eq will help with vascularity and keep you eating more.

    With that said you probably doforesting the eq. Tren is the God of steroids so definitely use that. As for eating more, you need to slowly up your intake. You need to train your body to eat more calories. Don't jump right into it, increase your food slowly

    would this be overkill?

    week 1-18 EQ @ 600wk
    week 3-18 test e @ 700-800wk
    week 3-18 tren e @ 500wk
    week 3-8 dianabol @ 50mg/ed

    That looks like a good cycle to me, i wanna try some EQ sometime. Everyone I know has either said don't use it, or said 800+. For what its worth.

    That is overkill in my book.
    I would run 250mg of tren for ten weeks at the most.
    You don't need over 2 grams of gear a week at 190lbs.

    true.. but im used to being almost 210! lol.. il tone it down. and do a follow up post shortly. thank guys

    I can't say I've known anyone in real life to actually use 250mg of tren, unless were talking per day.

    and with the tren, im using enanthate. so it takes 3 weeks to kick in.. figured 15 weeks would be solid considering only 12 of them will be peaking? i could be wrong... and ive always been told to go over 350-400 on tren e.. once again i could be wrong. just stating what ive heard

    I'm 211lbs and I'm on 600mg test and 400mg of deca. (Plus an AI, DA, and hCG.)
    If you can't grow from that then the problem is your diet and training.

    250mg of tren per day... please troll elsewhere.
    Many on this site recommend running 50mg EOD for one's first tren run. 100mg EOD is solid dose.
    It is only the YOLO crowd that seem to think that anything less than 500mg per week is a waste.

    i can gain, i just caught mono during my pct and lost 20lbs.. just seeing what would get me back in shape faster/cleaner
    and im 5'8''-5'9''

    Im not recommending someone in his position go 250 a day, but to say thats all he should use is kinda ridiculous to me.

    Jokr I would recommend at least 400mg per week since its tren E. 500mg like you had planned would also be fine.

    Not when he has his his own thread asking if he can run deca and tren together and not even a hint of a test base. I think he needs to get his own house in order first.

    Eq is by far the number one hematocrit elevater. Hematocrit is the number one mot dangerous value. Running those 3 together is risky. Test + tren, then switch to test +eq or drop the eq.
    Test + tren is plenty to regain size, if you want more, eat more and train smarter.
