New razor every time - or waxing - but I've broken out from both - usually if razor is used more than once -

Trimming is good - some get very close

    I'd love Laser romoval

    I guess I should've done more sessions,at least 10...but still,it's temporary,even if it works,after 3-4 years,hair will come out again.

Using a safety razor eliminates razor burn and pimples. Plus, it costs less the $10 dollars to shave for the entire year.

I always use Wilkinson sword hydro 5 for shaving.I get pimples only on top of my chest, just under the neck area, nowhere else, and they are very itchy and they last for couple of days, until hair starts to grow. Now i just trim it,but i will give a try to this safety razor.

I know exactly what you mean. Almost every guy gets post shave irritation in that area.

Safety razors cut the hair off clean, its more like hair reduction than shaving. Whereas regular razors require force to cut hair. This results in the hair being cut below the surface of the skin leading to irritation.

Marketing and greed are the only reasons people stopped using safety razors. After one week you'll never go back to a regular razor.

I know what you mean. A years worth of Gillette 3-5 blade razors cost a small fortune.

Yeah, anyone can use a double edge safety razor. The 3 main manufacturers of DE razors are merkur, muhle, and edwin jagger. Each have subtle differences.

There are dozens of different blade manufacturers and models. Some blades are sharper while others are less aggressive and easier for beginners.

I prefer a edwin jagger de89 with derby blades. It costs under $10 for 100 blades and I can shave my entire body 5-6 times with one blade.

If you'd like to know more I can make a thread in the Spa forum.
