If no serms were used for pct and only a trt dose was used wouldnt it take a bit longer for normal levels to return? Exogenous test is still being introduced - slowing the decline rate as supposed to abruptly stopping and using serms to boost natty production.

Rumble roller is the ticket for me. I still go for deep tissue work, but use the roller in between. Once you get used to making yourself relax so the knots can get in there and break down the tissue, it really does the trick. I use to get the wife to roll my back with a baseball, but the rumble roller isn definitely more effective.

You guys are killing me with the pizza talk. I'll be adding another year to my age in the near future and plan to at least go have a slice or two.

Lats and back are geeked. Whenever I flex lats or tense back it feels iike I've been beaten with a sack of rocks.

When is the last time you had pizza? I used to love it but it just doesn't do it for me anymore. I would rather have a bar burger

I can relate to that. There's a local bar that does some really good ones made w/ locally raised cattle. One of them has blue cheese crumbles that is real good.

Got some more blood work coming up soon. I've come off everything in hopes to get a true reading. Also hospital appointment for a venasection but I doubt that will be happening to be honest. I think I've taken enough out to show I'm under the danger zone. Doc still wants mess around with my trt but I'm fighting it at the moment.

Carrying extra bf than normal. Don't look good but strong and making gains but will have to try and control my eating habits soon. Hopefully I'll look more normal at the hospital with more bf but that's not going to plan. Lol

I'm concentrating on side delt work to look wider. More rear delt work and also back thickness. Also decided I want forearms like my arms so these are the areas I'm reallocated hitting hard.

What's your plan of attack for forearms, Marcus? Wrist curls and more wrist curls? Moderate to high reps?
My wrists hold me back @ times, so I'm thinking forearm work is needed on my part.

I'm a little late this morning but I'm right behind you NACH. Just ate 5 eggs and a couple whole wheat wraps.. Trying to down some water, woke up with a bit of a headache... May have been the food I've eaten over the past couple days. Maybe all the driving or not enough sleep.

Either way, time to punish chest and I owe the gods some cardio for sure.

Had a beautiful chest work out. The pump was incredible. Started with flys again:

2 warm, working and then 2 sets heavy.. 80sx6, 2nd set drop 60sx6, drop 40sx6. Amazing pain already. Heavy sets were super slow to ensure I didn't tear anything on the negatives.

Hammer strength wide press: warm with 45sx12, 70sx10, popped another 1/4 and a 10 on there and pumped out 10. Feeling strong. Did another set at the same weight and then double dropped. May have been able to put up a bit more, but cuff is aching like hell now.

Hammer strength decline heavy sets + drop.

Cable flys, then attempted failure on flat bench 185. It worked.

20 mins cardio. Down a bar and shake and now making rice and steak.

Correct. I'll often take a week off of any injections after a cycle and then resume my normal TRT dose. That tactic tends to scare guys though.
