Do you use transdermal stuff to help bring circulation to the problem area?
I was told that i need to have extra weight to gain muscle to ensure that the muscle has food. I do not like going above 10% but i have conformed. Please provide additional information on the circulation to the area.
I also learned today that you can buy collogen. Do you think this will help? The RF had good results which increases the collogen.NOTE: i am estimating fat %

The bulk/cut thing is very old school honestly.

You can do shorter cycles of overfeeding and underfeeding... thus retaining more muscle without adding fat.

2 weeks in a caloric surplus. 2 weeks at maintenance or sub-maintenance. OR slowly re-add calories post-contest, and give yourself a longer 'off-season' to add muscle slowly... without accruing a ton of fat.

I've no personal experience with collagen.

But, it's cheap... and couldn't hurt.

I do think you need to stay leaner however.

    Just my opinion.
