You're right things aren't perfect and there's room for improvement.

I was just trying to show that this administration, compared to the previous administration, has our country moving in a much more positive direction.

Unemployment is down from 7.2-5.1%. Inflated at best and the small amount that is true is due to people working 2 jobs instead of 1 and most dropping off unemployment due to giving up.

The average Price of gas is down from $3.24-2.31. Obama/US presidents have nothing to do with the price of gas unless they reduce restrictions of domestic gas which Obama has made worse.

Amount of people without health insurance has dropped from 15-9.2%. Again, made up and added by the fact people were taken off Medicare and put on Obamacare. All his statements were also lies. Saved money vs cost money, keep your doctor etc.

We are more energy independent than ever before. We use to import 11 million barrels of oil per year, now only 4.5 million. Actually acording to the government website we import 9.24 million barrels per day (yes per day) but it is lower than before. 7% of the reduction in oil use was due to better automobile mileage and the rest is/was due to high prices. Now that oil is low the consumption is rising rapidly again.

Teen pregnancy was 40.2 per thousand and is now down to 26.5 per thousand. ??? so he is not out there knocking up girls? What does this have to do with the price of tea in China?

The number of Iran's nuclear centrifuges will down from 19,000 to under 6,000. LOL, really? Yeah well this one may come around to bite us in the butt sooner than later. I HOPE you are right otherwise millions will pay the price and die.

GDP growth went up from -0.3 to 3.7%. Actually it was 1.7% when Bush left office and has been 1.6% since Obama has been in office while the spending has over doubled.

Dow Jones went up from 10,365-16,384. Again, president has nothing to do with the stock market or at least VERY little. Housing, interest is separate from stocks.

I'm a registered republican but have to admit Obama's administration has brought a lot of good to our country.
This has all been gone over before and proven to be made up facts. Stop drinking the kool-aid.

Another reason the numbers show unemployment is down is because now when you have not had a job for a certain amount of time, you are no longer considered unemployed; the government thinks you are just not trying. This might be true for a number of people, but when there are huge territories with little employment this absolutely is not the case. As long as the "fake" numbers look good Obama followers will support them; regardless of whether it is true or not.
Now I am not saying this is only an Obama thing, many presidents have done this in the past too. Hell, Reagan started counting the military as "employed" which changed the numbers in his favor overnight. But, don't throw out unemployment numbers and think that you are fooling anyone.

those numbers are from the white house to make themselves look good unemployment is the high as hell but if you ask Obama the rate is low our country is more racially divided than bush we have shitty Obama care he is week on foreign relations we are giving iran around 100 billions dollars to sign a contract that we will have to borrow from china Obama supports raising the debt ceiling and we are in more debt then bush Obama has downsized our military and made us week the negative outweighs the positive of anything he has done

You're right, I made an error with the amount of imported barrels of oil.

Still all the facts show that this legislative decisions this administration is making are guiding us to a brighter future.

We're going to have to agree to disagree because I'm finished arguing with friends.

    No way on the jobs/unemployment!

I am lucky to have a job with oil being in the shytter and my small company let go of at least 100 people. Bigger companies like Schlumberger have laid off thousands. What you don't see in those numbers is all the private owner companies like mine that are out of work. Low prices at the pump are great for people but it has a price as well, jobs. The only jobs he created were more government jobs which in turn will get him (demon rats) votes because who would vote to shut down his/her job?

And health insurance, FACK me! I pay $300 a month for me and that policy is changing again since new rules were put in place. I used to pay $110 per month before Obamacare.

Also, he shut down coal and now he backer in that (George Soros) now owns over 1,000,000 shares of some coal company. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........... What about climate change and all bull malarkey?

One thing I Can't argue with, are the numbers of the Dow Jones.

Yes true. I have a couple friends I sometimes get into debates with also and I do try (even if it doesnt seem like it) to be open minded. Actually being open minded is what got me into all this trouble and I started paying attention to what is happening. I use to just ignore it all or think it's all conspiracy until I started taking a look around and not believing the main stream media.

That being said, it has never cost me a friendship. I dont judge anyone by their beliefs or convictions but I do try to show there is more than one side to most every issue and those who are just not willing to even consider other options then I try to hold back and not say anything. I also have changed my position on many subjects on both sides and dont think one side is better than the other for the most part but mostly because one side seems to never be able to follow through with what they claim they will do.
