Definatley forget the tren

Run Test only at 500mg a week for 10 or 12 weeks (inject 250 twice a week, say 1 shot on a monday and 1 shot on a thursday)

Run HCG twice a week at 250iu per shot

Run an AI (Arimidex is a favourite at 0.25mg eod)

If your not sure where to inject I would do a bit more research before starting. There are lots of injection sites you can use and its best to alternate
