First try and open your mind to doing one working set, try and teach your mind to release the aggression what's needed to go to failure and forget what everybody else is doing in the gym because if your going to be trying what we do in here you'll be on your own.
Very true! I've only gotten one of the guys from work lifting HIT style. Most of them bail out because they say they can't train like this. It gets irksome, because how do they know they can't if they don't embrace/try it?
