May have slightly shorted tris tonight; got a last minute phone call. Plan to go ahead and hit shoulders tomorrow to punsh myself for not budgeting my time better.

Incline alt. d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work-5+,drop,4+,drop,2+ - 3+ reps.
D'bell preacher curl- Work-4+,drop,2+,drop,3+ and 5 cheat reps w/ a slow neg. per side.
Close grip straight bar cable curl- Work-5,drop,3+,drop,6+ w/ some cheat.
Close grip Smythe-2 w/u, Work-5,drop,4+,drop,5+
Triceps press down w/ rope-1 w/u, Work1-3+,drop, 5+. Work2-6+ reps.
Biceps stretch off a high bar in Smythe machine- long 60 count.
