There was NO lifting today.
I work up mid day and my elbows felt like someone had been digging at them with a file. Ended up soaking my elbows in ice water for about 30 minutes and once they warmed back up, I slathered on some DMSO/aloe gel.
While soaking my elbows, I remembered that I forgot to put my neoprene sleeves on before working arms last night. Won't be making that mistake again. 
Shoulders tomorrow night.
