I have never done hot yoga. There's a studio around the corner. I would do yoga class first bc those hot yoga classes are $$$ and u will want to know the poses b4 spend big bucks imo.
Yoga will absolutely help with imbalances. I think that's why I feel so much better. I have silicosis that was never diagnosed and treated in youth. I have major issues with my back and posture. The rhomboid exercises / lifting have helped as well.
Add yoga.heated if u like. Avoid Hawthorne. It's too benign and relaxing. I fell asleep.
The best instructed lead classes with men and women, skewed towards women who look amazing and even more so in their yoga pants.
If the bodies walking into class are out of shape....I say pass.....
