I was absolutely shot so I just wanted to see what I could do - I took the full minute b4 starting - which I normally keep to 30sec usually depending on feel

Great damn session(usually when I'm not feeling it I get a better w/o) - I needed this - im going to stick w/this protocol for chest for a little while as my RCs can use it and it's going to get me stronger - I can tell
