    Well you all know I work in Kuwait. Oil prices haven't affected anything here. Over $21 Billion in contracts signed this year alone. Having said that Kuwait has a 60% budget deficit which has never happened.

    But wait, there is light over the horizon. KSA and Kuwait are soon to announce a major production cut to increase the oil price and we all know they aren't really going to cut production. SO if we can get the PPB up to lets say $65-$70 then you guys might be back in business. I will keep you guys posted on any developments from the ME.
