Thanks for the replies everyone, but this is 'all too' familiar to me and i'm not satisfied with this type of classic/vanilla/common sense (whatever one wants to call it) accounting/budgeting. though, it's good to know and consider. Also, nobody has commented on home/investing/car buying strategies. any takers?
