is there anyone able 2 cook raw steroid powder?

I bought some d-bol months ago. but i didnt get any benefit from it. one of my friend told me yesterday that he is going 2 buy some raw steroid powder and cook himself. is it difficult? i also want 2 have a try. but i have no any experience. so is there anyone can give me some advice?
