I got fascinated/obsessed with drop setting d'bell presses after my last go around with supersetting flyes and presses. Marcus had me s/s and then said when I hit a sticking point and couldn't make any additional progress to go back to drop setting. I don't have anyone for forced reps, but once I get started I just keep dropping until I'm down back to roughly my first w/u weight. I just drop by 5-10 pounds each time and keep going. Such a nasty burn and I'll be totally spent and staggering a bit, but I swear you can feel the individual fibers of.the pecs when it is over with.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
