The best preworkout for stamina, strength and pump is beetrootjuice. I drink a bottle, 7,5 dl, before two of my workouts and it really does well. Beetrootjuice is superhealthy in many ways and i guess using it for preworkout is also healthy. Wheter ur on gear or not.
Ive read that NOs can lower your bloodpressure and it lowered mine. My natty BP now is lower than it was 20 years ago and i think its connected to the NOs i have been running the last 10 years.

Im not buying this. I think most preworkouts are very safe compared to the other stuff we take. It is used everywhere. In my country they are psychorigid when it comes to dangerous supps. Long time 1000 mg C-vitamin tbls, Redbull and 100 mg coffeinpills were illegal. Whats legal in Norway is gtg. And most preworkouts are.
