    What is my bodyfat % ?

    Your looking pretty lean if that's not flexed I would say around 12ish

    Don't need to see your pubic area to guess your bf. Also, cannot tell bf% while flexing.

    I think hes clearly trying to show his cut around the hip and pelvic area rather than show off his pubes guys lol cut him some slack.

    I agree with the tensing bit though, relaxed is best to guess ones bodyfat
