Got it done, but weak on pressing tonight. Think I wrecked it so hard on incline flyes that it drove my numbers down. Also, have been taking it kind of easy/being lazy until I was feeling closer to being healed up. Even though my numbers are down a tad, I defo got a good way into the beyond failure zone.
Shoulders are achy and right elbow is being pissy, but I think it is from not lifting much recently. Flossed the elbow before lifting and it seems to have gotten rid of that little irritating click that was happening just shy of full extension. Shoulders didn't seem.to get any worse while lifting, so I guess that is good enough for who it is for.
RC exercises and broomstick stretches
Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work-5,drop,2+,drop,4+,drop,3+.
Incline press- 2 w/u Work-2+,drop,3+,drop,3+,drop,3+.
Flat flyes-2 w/u, Work- Failed at first weight,drop,2+,drop,3+,drop,4+.
Flat press-1 w/u, Work1- Fail at first weight, drop,3+,drop,2+,drop,4+. Work2- 6+ reps.
Pissed off because of the failure on first weight 2 times in a row, so I rested for 90 seconds and grabbed a weight that I knew I could get for a good 4 or 5 reps and managed to get 6+ reps for a second working set.
Wrist curls w/ a dry bar- 1 set to failure palms up and 1 set to failure palms down.
Seated hammer curls- 12+ reps, drop, 5+ reps.
Nothing spectacular tonight and a little slow as well.
44 minutes not including stretching and RC exercises.

Really busy at the moment with many things going on in my life so not having much free time. The time I get I train but hopefully sometime this week I'll have more time to catch up and post. Clocking in this morning guys/gals! Was very busy this weekend with work and life. That why I haven't posted this weekend. I have Chest on the menu today. Hopefully it will be a good one. The week looks pretty busy for me. I need another good week of training for sure. I am still cutting some cals out of diet. Trying to lose 8-10 lb.

It's just the common cold. Thank goodness I'm not nauseous today. Body aches, not HIT related haha, are making me feel very lethargic. Not the way you want to fall into a rest period and a pullback, but I'd be a damn fool if I tried anything heavy this week.Originally Posted by NACH3

I woke up feeling good... I went to work and when I started training a client - I got pale, weak, and my stomach just dropped(felt like I was going to puke) the whole time...

DB press 3w 1f 1w (went for 85s I know I can press them but no spot around and failed getting them in the air. Dropped them and hit 80s for 6) dd
Seated db laterals 1f 1w (35) dd
Db front raise 1f 2w
Behind back cable 2w
Rope pulls 2w
Hammer strength shrugs
Done.maybe 35 mins
