Shoulders was class. I have to learn to actually take a break between sets now that I am working out on my own I forget to slow down. At one stage I honestly thought I was having a heart attack my blood pressure sky rocketed and was gassed. Had to let myself recover properly.

Started with the usual rc warm ups and used the technogym plate loaded shoulder press machine to warm up ai find it very good machine to just use to get the blood flowing.

Then into stand db presses these were class. 2 sets decent weight one drop

Then into hammer strength Plate loaded machine pushed hard on these failed at 6 reps of heavy weight then dould drop the pain was searing.

Then onto a superset of front sick and rear delt exercises all one after another this was the heart attack inducing exercise lol. The pump was insane tho.

Then to finish really heavy db shrugs with a tension hold at the top of the motion was very sore and intense.

Then 15 mins cardio. Now to eat

Took 2 hours vacation and.left work @ 5 a.m. It's an attempt on my part to fire off a preemptive strike against working Friday night. Don't plan on answering the phone today, so I should have a day/night off. . Watching a movie with the wife and the beast this morning and then will catch up on some sleep. It's a poor substitute for spending some time.with the wife on Valentines Day, but is about the best I can do right now.
Have so many missed lifts to make up for.

TGIF.....Even though I have to work tomorrow.

    AG enjoy by friend!
GGR rest up and take the time to recover fully.
Nice sessions guys, way to kill it!

Had a decent day off yesterday. I am still super sore (legs feel like that are ****ing going to fall off.) I went in for a 30min DTM and it wasn't all that good. The lady that usually does it was off.

Going in right here in a few to hit some back and 4 arms. Hope everyone has a good Friday and kill that workout today fellas!

Just plum smashed back! After I stretched legs for a good 15mins bc I could hardly walk. They are that sore.

I swear to god I could to Hypers ED and my lower back will still get a pump afterwards to where I can hardly walk. Holy shit.

Getting ready to go to work guys. Will try and be back later. Hope everyone has a good Friday.

Well..... Things here have been crazy all the while I've been sick. Really freakin sick.

The cold has moved from my chest to my nose and I'm starting to feel better. I'm waking up earlier again and I'm dying to get in the gym. On top of all that I'll be able to hit trt levels of test again soon so I should rocket into feeling well haha.

I've got a concert to goto tmrw with the fiancé and Monday starts my hard grind again. Can't wait!

Great session! Deadlifts 370x20, 460x10, 510x5. Moved on to wide and narrow grip pull ups, seated rows, then dumbbell hammers and concentration curls. Ready for some food!

B]Back[/B] it's was a good session - I hit some new weights and my RC was very tight... I had to really fight for that squeeze to keep Everything in line on R side - it's very sore now so Ice will be needed - it's becoming a regularity

Stretching abs(Roman Chair) lots of RC ex's

Pull ups to start gettin' blood flow

    BB bent over rows
4 warm ups - it just felt off today
2w(225) 8+/5+ DD(135 dropped way too much but it just felt off) so squeezing that static hold for 3sec+ Lats exploded

    T-Bar Rows**new weight**
    Pyramided up from 2-5plates
    1w(5)6+partials drop(4+1/4) 4+partials drop(4) 3 drop(3) 4 - this here fried me

Pendulay Rows w/power bar using wide hammer/neutral grip
2 warm ups 2w(185) 10/6 DD(same weight) had to implement TUT but squeezed the hell outta my contractions

    One Arm DB rows
    1w 8+RP/1.5 +RP 1 - reduced weight(pulling high and tight) 4ish

    Rev flies
    2w 10/6-7 drop 4+

    Straight arm pulldowns
    2w sets higher end reps

Weights took a lil longer than I wanted - 45min but a solid session and using different movements as I don't have s seated row set up nor pulldowns :/
RCs are on fire tho atm and its running up my neck and out to R delt(posterior) - hopefully get a good nights rest - only 6-8 hours in 2days

Considering I did shoulders last night I honestly thought I would be piss poor weak tonight on chest. Felt good tho on a high if you will.

Started with the usual warm us etc. Then did 2 feeler sets then into 2 heavy ass unassisted sets was pretty happy with them. The a double drop that was very hard. But felt great.

Then incline banged good strong reps but lowish could feel the blood pour into my pecs and the squeeze was intense.

Then bb decline hard in it. Big push but kept going same as above.

Then onto close grip db presses felt great tough but great same as above.

Then onto cable flies to finish.

10 mins cardio. Then cinema and a cheat meal nothing too wild staying up late to eat some.more I can feel my body crying out for it.
