Yes. I can confirm that. I used to have terrible back spasms and that came with intense pain. I started stretching my hams and calves, and doing reverse crunches. Something about the tie in with the hams and such pulling down on the pelvic girdle and your back muscles have to compensate for that pulling 24/7 which results in fatigued and eventually spasmodic lower back muscles. So my doc said. Well I haven't had a back issue in years now. so it worked. I can only guess my doctor was right. That explanation makes total sense.

Catching up while proctoring a statistics exam today.

Marcus, thanks again for dumping my adrenaline and test into my bloodstream while im at work I was starting to do a pumped up dance and sweat just standing here... I enjoy your posts and reread them often.

    Great workouts there guys!

I didnt sleep well on Sunday night so yesterday was a drag for me. Feeling better today and later I'm going in for my last day of back/trap in this pullback. I'm going to go to failure but not beyond in a couple of moves.

I'm feeling like a waste, not going to failure and beyond, so I am taking that as a way of my mind and body telling me I can go back to HIT for a few more weeks.

Last, I am starting cardio in the mornings and/or evenings to reduce body fat. I never got up to 230lbs, but I have been hovering at 226-228 and I want to lose some bf. Time to restrict cals a tad and do cardio, that may get me where I want in a few months.

I've mentioned this many times but fuk it i'm doing it again. I have deep routed emotional distress inside of me and i also come across serious stressful situation daily what would send anyone normal into a lump of sh1t even though the last one i am use to the personal deep routed sh1t inside of me is what i use at times when i am fully on my pure hit regime and i need to build some serious muscle.

Many times i've sat at the smith machine and looked at the weight and thought fuk me this is going to be tasking but then my partner starts shouts in my ear telling me i am the biggest fuking cvnt what walks this town and this is why now fuking lift this fuking weight. I look down at the floor and zone out. I cant hear him anymore he is just muffled noise and i take myself to a place what hurts me deep inside my head, i re-live an event what hurts me and within 2-3 mins i am on the verge of crying but with immense anger and the adrenalin surges through my body.

I feel this happening, i am in that moment in time and the feelings are real and the deep routed pain is at the front of my mind and this is the time no one can beat me. I feel indestructible in everyway i don't know what it is or what i do but i can go back in time very easily in my head at times what gave me emotional pain. This pain you can use for power. My pre lifting protocols are set within me and my body does it automatically so if i was shoulder pressing at the smith machine my body while under this pain would make sure my lower back is right in the seat, my shoulders are locked into my scapula my breathing is getting deeper and deeper and i am starting to brace my core for the lift - all these things my body does automatically so i don't need to worry about being secure when lifting ive done it long enough my body takes over when under load. All ive got to do is lift the fuking weight which would be in normal circumstances be around 2 reps but with me unlocking the mind and creating the inner aggression and force what makes me want to fight not flight i can make the weight look like a warm up set.

That's the difference, that's what dorian unlocked, i am not sure how he went about it but you can see him unleash it when he starts walking up and down stirring at the floor. Watch the power lifters pre lift and watch their eyes turn in dark evil fukers, watch any of duffins squats or deads and you will see a man who you don't want to come into contact with. He looks totally in focus and mad but this state brings out the best in him.

Fuk me i am waffling again but this is good because i am going to the gym in 20 mins and i am on fire just writing this sh1t
    **** yea!!

No orals... Yes with daily Cialis, liquidex... Im prescribed Prilosec so it wasn't ever really an issue... Here and there if I was taking orals(or when I ran Tren - and I remember a post by Jimmy I believe and it had to due with glutamine, Tren and it causing either the lining of your stomach or something gets depleted and the glutamine is supposed to help) -- problem is im not running Tren test/NPP and I was debating t-Bol but it's be a waste I think - d-Bol - or a-drol different story

Note** It has started to subside - maybe I'll get one in tonight am not sure yet -

Tren is kicking in, sweated up the bed last night, woke up tired and annoyed. Thought my way out of it though, I was really tired all day and sore. Little crazy story, 430am last night I hear banging and crazy noises. I run out into my living room and theres another cat outside my cats door and my cat is pounding on it trying to get at it. I felt like I was tripping, slow motion, my wife was yelling whats wrong. So suffice to say I couldn't go back to sleep because I got hungry. It was really bizarre.

Sounds like tren(from what I experienced everything was so real)... Haha

Anyway fellas, I deferred my lift until tomorrow... Tho I feel better and I could lift but my NRG is down from not many meals... I'm tired and my mind isn't where it needs to be - I'll trash the shit outta my arms tomorrow!

Then leg day starting the rotation back up... And I really want to squat(SSB) so I'm thinking 6-8sets of squatting alone... Pyramid up to a heavy set(or a double) then drop the shiat out of them - staying in rep range - then going light(er) for 10-12reps for a few sets(squatting is really making a difference in my legs and I'm hoping I can get some decent wheels here shortly)

NACH, how much Prilosec do you take daily? I was taking 20mg a few years back, but was like I wasn't taking anything. Doc upped it to 40 and I have not had a single case of heartburn in years. I could drink a bottle of jalapeno juice and I would not have any issues. Prior to getting on Prilosec I was eating those giant 1000mg Tums like they were skittles. I also used to mix a teaspoon or two of sodium bicarbonate with water and drink that whenever it got really bad. Immediate hot burp, and the HB is gone but that doesn't last long. have to do that every few hours if you go that route and the sodium intake is not good for you either. but that works great too.

SFLA, When I told my doc that I was eating about 10-20 grams of tums daily he said that was very bad for kidneys and wayyyy too much calcium to be doing that daily which you already know but maybe you should get on Omeprazole (Prilosec). Read the insert on Omeprazole and look it up on the net like PubMed and whatnot. It has been around for decades so there is a lot of research to be found on it. Very few adverse effects even from long term use. Nothing that can't be countered with a little vitamin supplementation but the way we eat and manage our bodies it's a non issue. The stuff is magical at 40mg.

Thanks Clarky. You're looking strong my man.

I just ran cardio today, did some pushups and stretched. I'm still a bit sore but not so much now. I think I will return to the gym tonight. Will take it slower though this month. I'll start hitting it hard again when I feel I'm ready. Apparently my body recovers quickly. I thought I'd be out two weeks with the intensity of the DOMS I had over the weekend, man I was barely able to move for two days.

Bugatti....Floyd Mayweather just bought one for 3.5 million dollars.

    Just insane
Veyron, probably the most advanced automobile ever made, but 3.5 mil? Its just a car. gets you from point a to point b. Seems no mater how rich one may be, there are wiser ways to spend the money.

I would love to see one of those in RL. And I suppose money is relative. When your net worth is in the 100's of millions or more, spending a few mil is no big deal. The dent in his pocket is probably the equivalent of mine if I spend a few hundred bucks. I would love to feel what it is like to be a billionaire, just for a day. That comment by Mark Cuban recently when asked what it was like to be a billionaire was classic. he said "It's fvcking amazing".

    Clocking in this morning guys!!

Busy as shit last night at work. Hope everyone is doing good.

Nach(or anyone else with Heartburn) have you ever looked into having the surgery? I had heartburn for years. I pretty much had it my whole life. I didn't really know any difference. Then one day I got choked in a restaurant. I said to myself something is wrong. Went to the doc then he sent me to another doc. Well that doc said I had chronic heartburn. That it was eating my sofucus(SP) up. Went to surgery the next day. Best thing I have ever done. That was 12 years ago and no pills or anything since then.Just throwing that out there.

Anyways going to hit some chest and Abs today!!

    Happy HUMP DAY everyone!!

    ** esophagus

My old man suffered from chronic heartburn, but by the time he went to the Dr, it was too late. The acid reflux had pretty much eaten away that flap at the bottom of the esophagus, as well as developed Stomach Ulcers.

    Heard about this.

My doc says it's my diet.

Exactly what he said about my blood work too.

Maybe a second opinion if it ever gets to that point.

Yes. I have. There is nothing to do here. I had the barium CT scans to make sure I don't have Barrett's Esophagus. I also did all the tests and they said I don't have GERD and no damage to my digestive systems. I must have got treatment before any real damage was done. I guess I just have hugely overactive Proton Pumps. Cimetidine and Ranitidine (histamine 2 blockers) don't' do a thing for me. It's definitely PP related. But no surgery is needed in my case. Sorry to hear about your dad Krugerr.

Seriously dude, go to a specialist on gastric issues. I didn't know you had been trach'ed before. You probably already have a specialist then. It is so important to make sure you don't get complications if your acid problem is more than just a simple case of heartburn. And the way we are describing it, chronic, no reason for it, regurgitation and or even closure that causes choking on food, etc. Once GERD is in full force, you will eventually get Barrett's. That is a precursor to esophageal cancer. It's like being told you have emphysema when you're a smoker. If you don't quit smoking right then, you WILL develop lung cancer. It's not an if it's a when. Same deal with gastric disease. it is progressive.

Kinda funny you mention this - I just checked the prescribed dose(40mgs) whereas the OTC I believe is 20mgs/per tab... May have to ask the doc about this... But after reading Sfla's link I'm not so sure... I may try the apple cider vinegar ugh
