Question Not sure of this cycle? Advice please.

    Hi everyone,

Could I please have some feedback on the following cycle? Some advice from the wealth of knowledge on here would be great, as I am not sure what I have been receiving from the gym is very accurate.

    5 week cycle

    Sunday - Decabolin 300mg, Sustanon 400mg, Rimobolan 100mg = a 3ml shot

    Wednesday - Parabolin Blend 200mg, Rimobolan 100mg = a 2ml shot

Everyday - HGH 4IU morning and night, Thermo T3 1/2 tablet daily
    Nolvadex 10mg a day

    What are you stats?

How long have you been working out?

    What's your previous cycling experience?

OP, if this is your first cycle (and even if it's not), please read the following. It should answer most of, if not all of, your questions.

I have been a Firefighter for 21 years and have recently retired to do another occupation.

I have been training since my early 20s. A mixture of weights and track. I don't hold muscle long when I do put it on. Over the last few years I have switched to CrossFit and now I am back in the gym and more focused on lifting again. I have been reading the board for a while and I have already printed and have the "My First Cycle" on hand. It's amazing. My question is about the particular cycle above. Does it make any sense and what are the advantages / disadvantages to it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate your experience and feedback.

The cycle you posted above is real bad for a 1st timer, plus it is poorly planned even for a experienced user. Can only imagine it is planned by somebody who used to cycle 20years ago, and havent updated his knowledge since then.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on retirement!

    What's your body fat percentage?

The first step you should take is getting blood work in order to make sure you're healthy enough to cycle.

A complete hormone panel that includes lh and fsh should give some needed insight as to your internal health.
