Is it just me or is that normal?
Been of my suplements such as vitamins and nac for one week, took 1.2g nac this morning and from mid day started getting heavy dull headaches. Hydrated well and all but im on the verge of colapsing from the headache thats to come if I physically going to try and push myself... this happened many times over before after pausing for 3 or more days on nac and once resumed all feels good okay no more headaches. Can anyone relate?
Also had to do some brisk 1 mile walk trough the town today and thought my lower legs are gonna blowup from the pump I got in the shins and calves... does that sound something like kidneys or high rbc?

Deads-no touch's up to 455, then set 505 for 4 off the floor and 2 single 600
Hack-down from where I first worked up to
Lying leg curls-3 med w/drops
High foot fixed weight presses w/calve supers

Flat smith 1f 1w 1drop
Straight set Incline hammer strength into decline.
Flat db flies light 2 sets. (No more db work for chest thougg)
Cables high/even 2 sets
Doctors went like I suspected. Wants an x Ray first ( so insurance will pay for mri) then mri. Thinks everything is related to pinched nerve or something along those lines.
At this point in time. I can't even walk right. It has completely impaired my left leg/knee.
I'm on vaca and going out of town Wednesday....taking tomorrow off to.
Not even sure how I'm gonna get through the airports the way I'm walking.
If pinched nerve (most likely sciatica ) after mri what would be next steps?? Is there anything that can fix this?

Sfla... Do you have any problems with your low back(discs) L4/5 to be exact?! They're the first to usually go along with sciatica... Is it going into your big toe? Is it wrapping around the front of your leg(if so there's other nerves involved)
You can get a nerve block now a days but my pop is disabled and can't walk to well... So he wasn't lifting like this either but his comes and goes too now...
Ask your doc about Gababentin(it's for nerve damage) I believe it's the real name for Neurontin...
And unless it's painful to touch or structural I don't think pain killers will do all that much :/ relaxers probly far better! That's all I could get from him as is back stuff happened in the late 80s into 90s then neck broke 2 yrs ago...

Ok, a so so lift for a pullback. Would've went better, but the switch on my barrel fan finally shot the crapper. Fortunately, I had already ordered a replacement. Naturally, I got raped on it. A $4 rocker switch that they put in the mail and charged me another $15 for "shipping and handling". They should call the shipping and handling what it really is: slapping and fondling.Anyway, I lost about 12-15 minutes replacing the switch because it is still fairly warm and humid here and I needed maximum air flow.
I compacted and rushed it more than I wanted, but it is what it is, I guess.
Did a working set, very quick break, drop a tad of weight and then one more working set.
1 set of crunches before lifting, but had planned to do 2 sets.
CG pulldown w/ u'hand grip - 2 w/u, Work1-7 reps. Drop a tad of weight. Work2- 8 reps.
Parallel grip pulldown - 1 w/u, Work1- 7 reps, drop weight, Work2- 11 reps.
Tbar rows- 1 w/u, Work1- 7 reps, drop weight, Work2- 7 reps.
Low pulley rows- Work 1- 9 reps, drop a smidge of weight, Work 2- 8 reps.
Deads- Just did 3 sets of 10 @ w/u weight.
33 minutes not including crunches. Not sure yet if I'll go with this pullback for 1 rotation or 2. Will see how froggy I'm feeling after 1 rotation. If things feel right, I'll jump back in full bore HIT, if not I'll go 1 more round.

I just remember when the back issue started weeks ago, thought then it was a simple problem due to compensating for the knee. Now I'm thinking it is a small problem turned much bigger - pushing the situation too much imho. Understand though, work & life trumps all.
Nice biceps workout for me this afternoon. Sincerely hooked on HIT principals, hooks are sinking in deeper.
