    Damn I'm thinking that the exemstane is killing my shoulders. I'm switching to e3d along with Prami. Btw Prami is nooooo joke! I took .25 mgs before bed I felt like I was sea sick and tired as heck. But hey no milk will br coming out of my pecs so it's ok

    Seriously my traps and delts were killing me.

    Burnout concentration curls
    150 reps

    Skipped shoulder raises couldn't hang today. My water retention is leaving and my back pumps are getting better. Looking forward to next week.

    I tried doing the bent over rows while standing on a raised platform and getting that full reach stretch and then row. It's hard to get the dynamics of what is actually the proper way opposed to what feels right etc. looks easy watching videos. But yeah. That's just like a small thing to do that will pay off in the long run ya know. I'm sure you know of better more direct ways of strengthing any are that's an issue.
