Armidex on first Sustanon cycle

Hello there i just joined this forum to seek some advice from more experienced users.

so im 21 year old and i weigh 78kg with 13% body fat.

i started my first ever cycle and i chose to use sustanon 250 and im taking pretty low dosage since this is my first cycle and i wanna see how i react to AAs (350mg a week), i got myself arimidex also.

but heres the question:
im not sure should i start taking arimidex right away like 0.25mg ED or should I wait and see if i get any estro related sides and then start taking it, since my dose is pretty low could arimidex ruin my gains cause of going too low on estro?

I never cycled but I been gaining knowledge etc. and that's the point of Arimidex. Is to prevent any side effects like that. Instead of waiting till its to late ya know. Take the AI start of cycle eod. You will get more knowledgable feedback from others. I'm new. Just sayin
PS: one thing you will hear is that your way to young to start a cycle. I'm 32 and considering it first time ever. At that young age you risk knocking out your natural test production and you will have to be on testosterone replacement therapy for life if you mess up ur body. And at the young age. It's more likely cuz your not fully developed yet

Well besides being too young you didnt bother to do any research.You should run 500mg test and run your ai from day 1.

I have done actually ALOT of research since im bit paranoid when it comes to substances like AAs, but i have heard different opinions about ai's like "do it when needed", "take from day 1" and "you dont need it with low dosages"
and i know that people recommend 500mg but im starting with 350mg which is already much more than body produces naturally.

350mg a week a test is not a low dose when compared to what the body produces naturally.

You should begin using dex today or you risk facing issues of elevated e2.

Having high e2 on cycle is one of the most unhealthy problems that may occur.

It would also be a good idea to have mid cycle blood work in order to properly dose your AI and keep e2 within range.

From my side, I ran my first cycle at 26 years old, and I think you are too young to start cycling.

but i was wondering how could i go to doctor and get the blood work done again just after 2 months, they would think im silly if it was just tested, should i admit taking steroids?

Do not tell your doctor you are using AAS if you live in the US.

I'm not familiar with laws and regulations in other countries.

Your best bet is to use a private lab for bw.

HCG is to be ran on cycle, clomid and nolva is highly recommended that you use pharmacy versions of these.

Which country in scandinavia? Although you will have problems in most of them if you end up needing TRT.

Yeah i did my first blood work at private doctor which was pretty expensive didnt even know about these "online blood tests" and i just found which is fairly cheap from UK.

It is possible to get TRT here in Finland at least, i know couple people who is on it.
