    Benching says hi

    Hey guys,

I'm a powerlifter from Europe. I have a nagging shoulder injury for over two years now that prevents me from really heavy benching or any progression. Next and last stop before surgery or just accepting that I can't bench: tb-500.

Besides the fact that this seems to be the goto place for my questions regarding tb-500 it also seems like a very cool board.

    See you guys around!

Welcome. I'm in the same boat at 42. 425 paused bench is now 185. If you can I recommend pharma gh. I'm about 2 months in and nearly 100%. Haven't started benching yet, working my db's up first then when db's are back to max ill incorporate benching back in. Your in Europe so pharma gh shouldn't be to hard to find. Stick around we appreciate the experienced here

Pharma GH is real and strengths tendons and ligaments. Have you looked into John Cenas surgery recovery, un heard of. TB-500 is fake and not FDA approved nor are their any real studies about it. The tB I ran blew my BP through the roof. Spend money real hormones that we know what they do and keep from wasting money.

welcome sir. How old are you? I know when I was 35 my bench was 495. Now I have to wear elbow sleeves for all my workouts or I get really bad pain. I know all the heavy lifting damaged my joints so I don't think about the weight. At 55 it sure kicks my ego in the butt when I see the young pups pushing heavy but I would rather be healthy and functional then keep getting hurt.
