Of course you should lose some weight during the season because of calories burned from extra time practicing and also games. But this should be minimized by proper advice from your trainer and proper diet.

If you are in-season, this is really not the time to get too adventurous with things imho. Will post later in the diet section, but your pics look good, lots of potential there - nice work thus far!
Well i usally dont use the trainer i use during the off season during the season because i have a trainer at the school. We do lift during the season but its only like once a week with conditioning the same day. I had to sit out this season due to not enough credits to be eligible so i have a lot of time on my hands to get ready for next season.
Ive always done squats and deads but not too many power cleans. I will implement them into my workout.
I am nowhere near satisfied with my body even though i have made a lot if progress from when i started working out at 120 lbs but im looking to transform my body and laugh at these pics in the next few years

JohnHenson, this is the simplest advice i can give you ;-)

    1.) Check out CrossFit Football
2.) have the following each day: 10 eggs, 1.5kg of lean meat, 2-4 litres of full cream milk
3.) Bulk up and worry about cutting later, if you train as hard as you say you do you won't have a problem
4.) Steroids might seem like a good idea now but you will regret it later in life, besides...if you wanna shorten your pro career then use steroids cos it's just gonna fuck up your ligaments and tendons. Football is not bodybuilding, it's very explosive. Other than that because you are still under 25, the changes you will make to your body by taking stuff will be drastic. Don't do something you will regret later on in life ;-)
