Yo!!
Trained back today at home, dumbell rows and dorian rows, both very heavy.
And, 30 minutes cardio in front. This is it, time to get serious.
Guess i start next week. Two weeks with cjc (cjc alll the weeks), then 2 weeks with sarms, 1-2 weeks with 250 sus and finally the burst.
A little lack of pump today and didnt look that good so needed to bring the hoodie on for the pic.
