    New but old weight lifter

    Hi
    Im a 55 guy but Look in my 40's as I did a lot of sports and weight lifting in my younger years and I still do some Dynamic Tension exercises to maintain muscular tone but I do want to increase my mass and definition hope you can suggest some according to my age and needs

    You can do weight with just machines, do the reps slow and shoot for 12-15 reps.

    Up your Protein, and cut your carbs a down a bit.

    Welcome sir! I am in the same boat age wise. Been on HRT now for a couple years and it has made a world of difference in how I feel and look, but I did that not to gain size but because of how I felt symptom wise.
