    Bulking Diet - Advice

    Ok, need some input

    29yrs old
    165lbs (cut from 200 last August)
    Bulking
    According to Katch-McArdle maitenance cals are 2724kcals/day. Target was 3100, but I ended up at 3300 which Im fine with. If you can evaluate my food choices and timing that would be helpful. I am overseas, so getting everything according to the states is not impossible as I have US postal privileges here so it doesn't cost anything extra, but its not convenient.

    0430 Meal 1:
    Egg White 160gr
    Oats 85gr
    Yogurt(Lite) 245g
    551kcal/46/76/7

    0730 Meal 2:
    ChkBreast 200gr
    Rice-Brown 93gr
    Almonds 20gr
    680/58/76/15

    1200 Meal 3:
    ChkBreast 200gr
    Rice-Brown 93gr
    564/54/72/5

    1530 Meal 4 (PreW):
    Optimum Whey 2 scp
    Oats 85gr
    571/62/62/8

    1800 Meal 5 PWO:
    ChkBreast 200gr
    Yam 245gr
    509/50/68/3

    2030 Meal 6:
    Yogurt(lite) 300gr
    Peanut Butter 1tbsp
    430/23/30/27

    TOTAL: 3,305kcal / 292(36%) / 385(47%) / 64(18%)

    looks good to me GF, very clean food choices

    you could sub in some ground beef or lamb/goat (if they have it in your area) for the chicken so you don't get too bored with it, but overall, looks well thought out. give it a go for a few weeks and see how your body responds.

    Thanks bro.....the supermarkets are chock full of lamb as well as camel meat....

    Looks good, my personal preferance is to run fats at 10%

    In a bulking diet I run 40/40/20. Carbs give me lots of energy to train and aids in tissue building. Red meats has fats and I eat a lot of red meat during bulking. My .02
