    Hey AG...

have you tried to put your heavy bell(s) over the dead end bar in the corner?(especially if your DB handle is long enough to fit over the bar) - worked well when I had to do it - held just over 6 plates

Do you have the sleeve to put it in but it's just not bolted to floor)? It's worked when I've had that make-shift set up at the one gym I used... I'd then put 45lb bumper plates to elevate myself a little bit

Actually was going to try a bell over the dead end next time. . The socket setup you're mentioning is the landmine doohickey I've been needing to fab up, just haven't had any spare time.

Nice that you got to lift, but you've been feeling rough for a bit now. Any idea what is causing it, Clarky? Hope you get to feeling better ASAP.

Some light chest and delts this afternoon. Sorry, not as much HIT here today, survival mode for this old guys RC. Did get in some nice rest pauses and double drops on the machine lateral raises though. Dig that machine, really agrees with me!

Preparing for a workout soon, just gotta finish this shake with whey protein and baby formula, then some test prop and off I go.

Gonna be easy today, just bi/tri and some abs.

    Have a nice day!

    Mornin all!

Things seem to be moving in the direction I'd like... happy about that.

Been getting my diet back on track and now I'm working on re-strengthening ligaments, & tendons... a lil higher rep range(15ish) some clicking and sticking for sure... but easing the shoulder back in.

    Have a kickass day all!

    What's up everyone

Still here just busy and life. Ya know how it goes. Monday got a quick back routine in...had to rush to.take.the little one out for Halloween.

That night.me and the Mrs argued at night and that happens I dont.sleep. got.maybe 2 hours tops of sleep then worked a 12 hour shift Tuesday.

Got up this morning and went in for shoulders. Even had a little "pick me up" before I went in and was still exhausted. Got the routine done, but wasnt.hit today.

Anyways fridays another day and plan on killing chest then

Ok, mixing up a shake then off to the shop. Man, that dang guaiacol is stinking up my stash cabinet. Put those vials in an airtight container.

Almost shorted myself on time tonight, so I ended up super setting.
    RC exercises and broomstick stretches.
Incline flyes superset with incline presses- 2 w/u, Work1- 7 flyes, 4 presses, drop, 5 presses. Rested for 90 seconds and one more working set of presses-5+ reps w/ a 5 count hold on partial.
Flat flyes superset with flat presses- 2 w/u, Work- 8 flyes, 3+ presses, drop, 3+ presses. Rested 90 seconds. Work2- 7 reps of presses only with a slow 10 count neg on last rep.
    Seated hammer curls to failure.
No wrist curls tonight. One wrist is giving me grief.

30 minutes flat not.including RC exercises and broomstick stretches. Very painful; hopefully productive.

I haven't a clue why they took Hendricks out in the 5th when after settling down(giving up that 1run) he was making the hitters look like fools(a JV vs Varsity game) and when they brought Lester in I immediately thought of Chapman blowing the save(he threw 97 pitches in 3 days prior to last night lol). Crazy for a Closer)!

It was a good one tho... I was routing for the Cubs... you?

eh... I just wanted a good series and we got that. I don't think either manager had realized how wore out the relief pitchers were. I mean chapman had been closing out games like crazy and he looked completely spent last night

Guys said you the only guy I know that can take time off and come back bigger! That done made my day. Even though my back is still some what sore but that made me push today.

Anyways time to eat and get ready for work. Hope everyone has a good day!

That's basically what I wanted - a good series and for sure got it! He looked like he had no legs under him(spent)

X2 - he really did... he was coming in the 7th & 8th innings all series(last three games really) and the Indians relievers were just as taxed as Chapman

    Had a great workout yesterday, wasn't HIT, but good nonetheless;

    Bi tri program:

    Pt1 ; warm up
    Eclipse warm up 10min
    Battle ropes 3 sets
    Incline sit ups 2 sets
    =23min

    Pt.2
(When it say "1x8allout" I mean one set where I did 4reps alone, 2 reps w help on positive, 2reps with help on both positive and negative.
    These { marks mean it's a superset.)

    St.biceps curl w bar: 2 sets, 1x8all out@60kg
    {French press: 1x8@50kg,1x8@60kg, 1x8allout@60kg
    {Narrow grip bench press: 1x8@50kg,1x7@60kg,1x8@60kg
    1 arm Biceps curl Scott; 17,5kgx8, 1x8allout@25kg
    1 arm French press; 2 sets, 1x8lout@22,5kg
1 arm tri cable ext: 3 sets
1 arm bi cable curl: 2 sets, 1x8allout
Tri cable w ropes: 2 sets
+ some extra sets here and there
    =1h11min
    Total time=1h33min

Today I've just rested and moved more stuff out of the apartment.
(I've found some temporary shelter that can hold me a couple of months.)

Going to the gym tomorrow, will be a new gym, so I'm anxious if they got all I need.
Have a nice one everyone! Hope you're all doing great!
Nice to see you drop in and motivate us GGR,
nothing motivates men like the thought of women training.
(Maybe im sexist or something, but I always get impressed by women who actually train seriously!)

Ok folks, tired and need some more calories! Have fun!

I wish I could rest while watching a team/game I care about. I get so stressed out it spoils it for me.

Originally from Chicago, used to frequent Wrigley in the 60's and 70's before moving. Had to turn the game off after it was tied in the 8th or would likely have needed hospitalization.
