    New to Cycles: Criticize mine please!

    Hey guys,

    First things first, I'm new here, but have gained a ton of information about the use of steroids from many of you, and plenty from the 'This is my first cycle' posts.

    A little about myself:

    Age 28
    Height 5'9
    Weight about 172-174 pounds
    BF about 15-16%
    quit smoking about 6 months ago (I vape)
    I've been lifting about 8 years or so, and have a lot of experience with training and dieting.

    I consider myself stronger than average

    Deadlift 1 rep max 460 pounds
    Bench Press 280 pounds 2 - 5 reps
    Squats 405 1 rep (Haven't been focusing on squats for about 8 months now)
    Over head Shoulder Press 145 x5

    After much research on cycles and what not, I've decided to take the advice of many on this forum and start with Test E only cycle, to see how I react to it.

    My diet will be broken down into the following Macros

    Protein 180g
    Carbs 200g
    Fats 90g

    Calories total around 2250

    Purpose of this cycle:

    My main objective is to really get this first cycle out of the way. I'm looking towards my 3rd and 4th cycle where I can stack a few things. My end goal is to have some extra size added (nothing crazy) and be extremely defined. Not trying to compare myself, but looking to achieve physiques similar to Sergi Constance, Lazar Angelov and jeff seid. Ultimately, and hopefully with hard work, I can gain sponorship etc. I don't have any expectations that this will be 'easy way out', nor that it'll happen over night or within 2 years. But I've been lifting long enough to understand my nutrition, and training. I do have a decent amount of definition and also feel like I'm reaching the ceiling of my max lifts.

    I live in Canada, getting blood work etc, is a bit more complicated as my doctor has to approve the reasons behind it etc. Private is costly, but given the risks I'll be taking, I will get it done pre cycle for sure (what should I keep an eye on?).

    So for the Cycle

    1-12 Week of Test E 500mg / Week
    1-12 Week Arimidex 0.25mg every other day (From day 2 up until PCT starts)

    PCT

    4 weeks of Clomid 50mg/day (1st week at 75mg)
    4 Weeks of Nolvadex 20mg/day (1st week at 40mg)

    Got this cycle from the great post:

    Questions:

    1) I'll be using Mission Labs for the test and Arimidex, any thoughts on their quality? Teragon Labs for Clomid

    2) Can I pin just once a week at 500mg using test e or it's best to split it in half 2x a week? (Apologies in advance if this has been covered)

    3) I'm in a slightly caloric deficit, about 200-300 calories, is there a lot of negative impact on my cycle with this?

    4) Reading from the notes, I need to wait about 18 weeks after my cycle and pct is done. During this time, given that training and diet in check, do I lose a lot of my strength and muscle gained? What's my best bet to keep what I gained? (Minus the water and fat, even if its just 5 pounds of muscle)

    5) To get into the 2nd cycle, and given I had no issues with the first, what other added substance would help me get closer to the physiques i mentioned above?


    I'd like to again add that I'm not chasing the body building physique, nor just a beach boy body. I'd like to be in between, and have strengths of a Greek god. I like lifting heavy, and absolutely love breaking PRs.

    Honestly I would start at a lower dose of Test,but that's just me. To each his own. But with that,at least you can see how your body reacts to the test .
    As far as the next cycle, or third,hardening like masterone could be considered . I would like to see pics of you now. Being 5'9"@174 lbs at 15 percent bf im assuming is pretty lean. Shouldn't be too far from mentioned physiques
    I wish I could tell you any experiences on the companies,but I have none.

    Dont worry about your 3rd or 4th cycle beacuse on your 1st you will grow the most so dont waste it on cutting.Post us a pic so we can see where you are at.500mg is good for your 1st few cycles and DIET makes or breaks a cycle NOT a bunch of compounds.And dont bother with Mast unless you are 10%bf or less.Like I said post a pic hit the diet section and they will help you with your diet.Beacuse everyone thinks their diet is good until they ruin a cycle you only get one 1st cycle DONT MESS IT UP! Good luck. And welcome and come to the Question n answer section for help.

    You're saying that the diet makes it all, which I completely agree with, do you find the above macros suitable?

    Welcome to the forum Savage! Your cycle plan looks good to me. I would split your Test dose into two 250mg. Injections one on Sunday and the other on Thursday. You got a great base to start on! Good luck bro!

    Thank you! Much appreciated.

    Is there a reason for splitting it into 2? Would I get less of an effect from just 1 injection of 500 a week?

    Splitting it into two a week makes your levels stay more consistent and in turn it is not as hard on the body.
