Maybe I was playing it too safe with my Adex dosing after I started getting semi-sensitive, often hard nipples. So 0.5 eod is too much?

What's the downside of too low E2?

The itchiness is not related to niacin. I actually don't take it every day because I hate for flush, but when I do I usually take it at night before bed. I get the itchiness usually in the late afternoon.

Yes I do take a lot of supplements. But I've been taking this much for a while and so I'm inclined to think none of these are the culprit for tha yes I do take a lot of supplements. But I've been taking this much for a while and saw him inclined to think none of these are the culprit. The only thing I've introduced recently is my cycle, so that's what I thought might be causing it.

I'm taking Zinc Picolinate. I'm actually taking 50 mg/day– my mistake.

Your nipples aren't dead so it's natural to have some sensitivity when you suddenly have such a large influx of hormones. Arguably .5 is to much but only BW will tell for sure.

LOL. I didn't think they were dead, but not having done test before I was more concerned with it progressing into the direction of gyno, so I upped the dosage. Rookie mistake I suppose.

My bloods will be drawn on Wednesday AM and will share my results when I get them.

One more side effect, although this could be related to adding 20 lbs of mass...my lower back is super tight lately and gets fatigued really quickly. That's rather unusual.

That's highly bio-available but it's rapidly excreted too. My choice goes to Zn citrate, it's both cheap and well used by the body but also l-(optizinc) is great in my opinion.

As for your sides, I suggest you to revisit AI dosing as already suggested. Some (including) me are extremely sensitive to E2 crashes.

Appreciate your reply brother. Will most definitely be getting to the bottom of this soon, and I'll post the bloods when they are in to see how/where I effed up.

    Thanks!

Also, If you are taking a multi-vit 3xday, I'm guessing it is Optimen. Multivitamins in american bodies = expensive shit and piss in the toilet. Consider taking your 3xday multi vit onve per day-in morning.

1)Niacin is a stimulant (Vit-B). Hence, do not take in the latter half of day
2)A sleep doc at Mayo prescribed trazadone for sleep because I was waking up in the morn w/ soreness, incl. my back. I stopped doing a few things and now I don't take the trazadone. When experiencing possible food, drug/supplement, or a change of activities it's better to cut out stuff than add more and cover up what is still wrong on some level.
    3) High Cortisol (from over-stress, overwork, over doing it at gym or not being able to get over... usually disrupts sleep. Get your cortisol count with your BW. Sched BW between 7-9 am, when Cortisol is supposed to be tested (otherwise it is inconclusive).
