    Decent go at it tonight. Kind of hobbling around at work, but that's a good thing.

    1 set of crunches

    Bodyweight squats- 1 x 20
    Dry bar squats- 1 x 20
    Plate/side- 1 x 20
    2 plates/side- 1 x 20
    2 plates and a quarter/side- 2 x 10- 2x
    2 plates/side- 1 x 15
    Plate/side- 1 x 20
    Seated calf raises w/ double pump @ the bottom- 20+ - 6 - 4
    Standing calf raises w//double pump at the top- 18 - 7, drop, 13


    45 minutes.

    My back/traps & fuckin chest are absolutely rocked.... legs today or a day off... strength is creeping already and hasn't even been a wk yet - decided to pulse the d-bol too

    I think legs then a day off then delts & arms... will be reporting back!

    Just back fellas, fried Arms and i mean fried the fvckers. Really struggled with tri's, i went that hard on bi's.

    Standing db curls 2 working DD

    Incline db curls 2 working DD

    Db preacher 2 working 3 neg a side off back of bench

    Cable curls 1 working 1 drop

    CG bench 2 working 1 drop

    Lying incline db tri ex 2 working 1 drop

    Behind head tri ex 2 working v bar

    Tri pd 2 working

    Done, total fvcking fried fellas i felt so fvcking sick after bi's but it had to be done. Weight was down on tri's but still heavy enough to burn the cvnts.

    3rd shot of trt in, feelin meh. Longer road back than what i thought. Eating a surplus and only getting fat it seems. Shit sucks, getting a little size and strength back not much. Its really hard packing it on without cycling. I think i may have to run 2 cycles to get my size back, then maintain on trt.

    This thread motivated me to take my new wheels/hips for a spin the past few weeks or so & what do you know - it's getting fun. Might even by an oly bar & some bumper plates for the garage & start deadlifting.

    Whew! I feel taller! She really broke down the glutes and hams after she finished my back. Worked on my pecs and shoulders and a little stripping of the biceps. Burns like hell, but feels fantastic at the moment. Entire time was closer to 2 hours, I believe. Drank almost 3L of water and will eat a small meal and crash here soon.
