Dissolve them in Vodka. 1ml for every 1mg pill. Then get something like these:

Shake the solution before use and measure out .25ml and that should be .25 mg. Put it in a small glass of water and chug. When you put the solution in water, suck some water from the glass into the dropper and squirt it back in to clean out the dropper to get all the adex in the dropper out.
