Only thing I'd watch out for (hopefully just the pic though) is perhaps checking your hematocrit and BP, kinda red. It's like looking in the mirror almost.

But damn great shape! Will be interesting to see where u land in 6 weeks.

Damn. You're good. I have polycythemia. I'm due for a donation. Over due actually. I'm on a 4-6 week schedule and I'm pretty well past it.

Hey Cape I thought you just donated? Do you have a stand in order in your Med file for therapeutic draws?

I do. But with my insurance until the $5k deductible is met it cost me $250 each draw. I don't have the Jack-something gene so the doc said I can just donate at the Red Cross. But I'm slack about it. It makes a huge difference. It's just finding the time with work and family. Also on bp meds cholesterol and prostate meds. Living the dream boys.

    I hear that

What BP med do you take? It seems my BP has been keeping up over the past few yrs with the trend just getting higher(more systolically too) - and if you don't mind what they have you on for your prostate? I know that's gonna be an issue for me as well in the long run being on TRT! Thx buddy
