I train a 6 days a week. I train each body part once a week I do around 6 to 8 different excersizes for the one body part at a warm up set then sets of 3 and 10 reps in each set. Monday chest Tuesday back Wednesday shoulder Thursday biceps and triceps and Friday legs and Saturday I train what ever I think I never trained hard enough during the week.
