Gluten allergy became a fad and I cant stand that crap so I have just done my best to ignore it. Continual intake can cause crohns disease (thinning of the small intestine) but I still think its half bullshit. I know there are extreme cases but I refuse to believe that I am one. Probiotics seemed to help a little. The thing I have never understood is why in the hell is it they can produce damn near any enzyme but the one that digests wheat??? Makes no sense.
Probiotics and digestive enzymes are completely different.

    These are enzymes

Alpha-galactosidase, Amylase, Bromelain, Cellulase, Glucoamylase, Hemicellulase, Invertase, [Sucrase] Lactase, Lipase, Maltase, Papain, Peptidase
    Protease, Phytase

Yes I understand. So why is it they cant reproduce the enzyme that breaks down wheat for the gluten intolerant?
