I always do upright barbell rows on bicep day. I absolutely love them and they are hands down my favorite exercise. I use a curling bar and do a super close grip and bring it up to my teeth.

So i guess i will be hitting the 3. week without lifting.
Dont care. Thirsday is christmas. Nebidotime perhaps. 700+. Man when im able to keep this size below 200...

I will keep my cycle gains next years beetween the cycles. And each new cycle will be an add on. As it was when i was in my mid 20s .

Low T becomes more and more symptomatic with time, don't draw conclusions too early and seek nebido before it "kicks in".

Personally it took me more than a year to progress into full manifestation - including muscle wasting.
