Rear delts are the one area i have to stay on top of, my traps are pretty solid now but for the longest they were lagging, i switched up my workouts to really concentrate on them and man did they develop pretty good so far

Leg day is always insane lol when I'm loading up the leg press looking around the gym like a mad man for more 45s lol people looking at me like no way is he gonna hit that, and then boom start hitting sets of 15 with like 13 plates on each side. Always makes me smile, but i hate taking the plates off after.

I do thank genetics in a big way cause man i have some friends who are huge but have the smallest legs especially calves and they always give me shit haha

That's the thing..for leg press the mechanics of the machine makes it pretty easy ..it allows you to do double the weight that you can really do if that, I forgot the exact math ..but it's on an angle and a track n sled = mechanical advantage ...try squatting that lol

Yeah leg press machine reduces weight by 37. Something percent or something like that which is why i load that fucker up haha... definitely can't squat nearly that haha and because of my shoulder i can only split squat right now cause i can't load the bar with too much weight. Generally i do 225 a leg its a comfortable weight for my shoulder and i get a good workout

Dude I learned that it's awkward for me doing double leg , leg press because my one leg is slightly longer then the other..I can't tell other then when I'm on there and I feal the difference a bit..sucks lol. So I started doing single leg leg press..can't load it up like I do usually ..but it's cool with me cuz I'm all about independant strength now and getting my left even with my right these days

My buddy is the same way the length of his legs are unbalanced and he prefers single leg presses too, i do them from time to time mainly as a finisher once I'm unloading the machine I'll go in and hit each leg a few times, its definitely effective.

But its not half of what i can do, my legs are strong. Before my shoylder injury my squat was no joke either. I've always had steong legs I've was a running back since i was like 9 years old through high school until i got into trouble, lost weight joined the air force and ran track, legs used to be a huge part of my training
