BG, I have got into it with marcus, capebuffalo, nach3, and others during our little competition. We have slung crap to give each other drive. I LIKE and RESPECT all of them. The flaming has been a motivation tool for me and I have caught my share. I want all the guys to know for certain that I respect them fully and they are not my enemy in any way. I take advice from all of them constantly.

I am sorry if I came off like an asshole, I did have some personal issues for a little bit settling into my first tren cycle I started taking things personal. I know it sounds dumb but the flamung has made me a better person.

Please, please, dont make us tiptoe around each other... I actually look forward to marcus in the castle. That guy motivated me enough to tear my abs with his flaming and I loved it.

750wk test cyp, 300 tren, 300-350 deca, and 350mg dbol wk. Dbol was only for the first four wks its done now. I also adjusted the tren and deca. Tren is now 400 wk and deca is 300 a wk or less.

After comp I am off for a long break. I have always ran high bp prob since 16. The ephedrine dont help.

Well I was pre-hypertensive for the whole of my teens (140/90) but was always told it's normal. Maybe standards are bit different in this corner of the world, I dunno, btw during my young adulthood it progressed to 160/110... serious dieting and exercise fixed it.
