I don't really now yes my prolactin was high yet these secretions persisted even on caber... but they were present already when I developed low T and prolactin (estro was naturally bottomed out) was normal at the time. I guess it's a matter of androgen/estrogen balance in the nipple area, probably I don't have many AR receptors there.
