Haha that song by Jt is a weird one. Nah Horslips are folky rock without the odd lyrics.

Mine too. I can't understand how people are so narrow minded. I can go from Cash to NWA to Sinatra to Rob Zombie to Adel to White Stripes to Van Halen to Bach to whatever. Why limit yourself to one style or type of music?

I have a guy who works for me and has to ride with me. He's amazed at all the different types of music I listen to a Sirius radio. I'll blast Baby Got Back change the station and blast Hank Williams Sr. then 99 Loft Ballons.

I'm the exact same way. There's just a few I can not handle. Like house/trance type. And punk. But my playlist is zombie, Elvis, 2pac, to today's country. Even adel, Chicago, things like that. Love Van Halen. Even r&b old and new

Back from town and people are still stupid.

    1 set of crunches
    Leg extensions- 2 w/u, Work-18, drop,7,drop,8+ reps.
Hacks- 2 w/u, Work- 10 reps, rest pause, 3 reps.
Reverse hacks- 1 w/u, Work- 10 reps, rest pause, 2 reps.
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work1 (feet wide)- 9 reps. Drop a plate/side and grab a bit of air and ammonia. Work2 (feet narrow)- 8 reps.
Standing calf raises w/ double pump at top- Work- 14+ reps, rest pause, 6+ reps, rest pause, 4+ reps.

Was really pushed for time and didn't get in leg curls. Was able to push really hard this morning as it was 29°F in my shop.

36 minutes for everything including stripping plates.

Going to kick back.for a bit. Didn't realize how much damage I did to my legs until I tried to stand up. Amazing how a good leg session gives one hell of an overall pump.
Will sit down and lay out the timetable for this little blast here in a bit and then run it by a few friendly ears later on this weekend.

Bah, stupid shoulders. Was kicked back in my chair watching TV and all.of.the sudden my posterior delts starts hurting and now the pain has wandered around.to the anteriors and I really haven't changed the way I'm sitting or anything.
Guess I'll jump back into NSAIDS for a week or two. May try to figure out an effective way to floss my shoulders.

Kick ass delt and tricep workout earlier. Short on time plus a pre workout for the first time in years gave me great intensity.

    Progress is being made

Have been keeping up with Brian Shaws prep videos for his lifts @ the Arnold, but haven't seen any videos from this years Arnold yet. Looks like a good many are up. Migh burn up a little data and watch some here in a bit.
McMillan looks full and well conditioned just in general. Haven't seen any side by side pics from competition yet.

Hmm, think it's close to my bedtime. Arms coming up tonight and I am going to do my best to really stimulate them. My last few lifts have gone better than expected and I want to keep that trend going.
Hope everyone has a casual Sunday afternoon.

Back and shoulders the other day. Late post:

    Front pulldowns
    Bent over rows
    Low cable rows
Dumbell rows (simultaneous) over 35% bench (try these)
    Shrugs

    Smith Press
    Laterals
    Rears over bench

All 2 sets each with an occasional drop or RP. Still feeling it two days later so I must have done a little damage.
