The results of that blood test were after 200mg/week for at least 6 months. Prior Blood test ( 4 months ago ) had me at 960

Impossible if was injected 400mg, unless very poor injection technique leading not to inject in muscle.

The OP probably mixed the numbers, and is getting the outdated protocol of 200mg every 2 weeks.
