Lats and traps done this morning then calves and a mix of HIIT & LISS cardio this afternoon. I almost enjoyed the cardio. Almost.
Just moved onto 4 weeks of volume training, max 1 min rest between sets. Part of this years plan is to change my workouts more often so running them for 4-5 weeks before switching up. Back to HIT early-mid April.

lucky bastid'...(say that with a Mainer accent lol) I had to work today...sucks when your job is driving a truck and making deliveries when you cant see 5 feet in front of you...it wasn't as cold today as yesterday or as windy so that helped...thank god for my snow blower, three weeks ago we got 4 feet of snow in 5 storms over 7 days it was brutal...then 3 weeks of 40-50 degree weather straight into this mess...I lucked out here on eastern LI I just got rain. I still didn't go to work

I been up there a bunch of times by there.Man does Maine hate truckers they jacked with us all the time after that one big accident at the toll booth yrs ago.Then they had that big ice storm and wanted a bunch of us to bring generators up there well I knew I wasn't going along with a bunch of others.But Maine is nice place love the chower.

We had some here about 3 a.m. Sunday morning. F-in huge snowflakes that melted as soon as they hit the warm, damp ground. (I'm probably 20-25 minutes away from Hart Co. Not too far from Lake Hartwell or Lake Russell). Dang snowflakes were crazy big, but you could tell they were very damp.
