    Also in order to put on that much fat and/or muscle in 8 weeks you would need to be eating 1625 calories above maintenance.

    probably somewhere around 4000kc
    i havent kept a strict diet routine, ive eaten everything as long as its healthy, chicken, beef, pork, potatoes, rice, eggs, almonds, nuts, etc + 1-2 gainer shakes a day (depending on how lazy i am in the morning)
