*I quit smoking after 15 years of the disgusting expensive shit.
* I truly understand HIT
* I understand growth windows and priming precycle
* I learned what makes me grow better than I ever achieved before.
* I learned to adapt to tren.
* I learned that I am not gonna stop pushing until I am a freak of nature. (You will all get to watch the progression)
