Posting pics is a lot easier than being on stage doing a pose down. Holding tight with a smile on your face about to start shaking. Sweating. Wondering how much longer. Seconds turn to minutes. Still look like it's easy. Start from your heels and tighten flex everything upwards. God I miss this shit.
