    Looking for cycle

    Looking to get on a cycle it would be my first one. I've done my research and I feel confident that I am ready. If you have any info please let me know

    I have not went and got blood work done in a while so I'm not sure where I'm at there. Like I said I'm new to this so idk if I want to go balls deep right away. I'm looking into test c run it 12 weeks probably start work with 500mg tapper off towards end of cycle. Possibly deca and dbol. Needing hcg. Nolvadex to block e taking all 12 weeks 20mg ever other day.

    just stick w/ test only for a first cycle.

    no need for nolva during cycle unless u get gyno symptoms

    I wouldn't run deca for first cycle. I would run the test like you have it. 500mg and no need to tapper off because it's a slow ester it will tapper it self. And run an AI like aromasine or armidex durring cycle. To keep estrogen and water retention to a minimum

    Well bro if you did your research you wouldve seen were it says run test only so that way if you have any reactions you know wat caused it.Plus you will grow like a weed on your 1st cycle if you do things right.Wat are your stats Ht wt age bf% yrs training?

    31 6'2 230ish bf I'm not sure haven't got measured and been training hard for the last 3 or so years prior to that I was more boot camp style training and little time with actual weights.

    Consider a sarm only cycle first. To get you familiar with gaining, bloods and eating. Then 5-6 weeks after you could do a cycle.
    A sarm only cycle cant be longer than 4 weeks. Because then low test symptoms will start to eat your gains.
    4 weeks LGD 10 mg ed.
    No pct needed, no anchis needed.

    Your test should be back in line 2-3 weeks after, your cholestrol 3-4 weeks.
    Plenty of time before your aascycle.

    Implement a cholestrolfriendly lifestyle, as training and for the lgd.

    Remember prebloodtest. And another bloodtest 4 weeks after sarmcycle. Which will also act as a precyclebloodtest.

    You should be able to gain 7-8 lean pounds on this 4 weeks. No sides. Your test will be back fast.

    Controversial i know but so many newbis do so much wrong. Its better to miss with a sarm than miss when 500 mg testosteron is injected in your ass every week for 12 weeks and you also have to dial in a bunch of other drugs along with the steroidhormon.

    So you don't really weight train, mostly do cardio, and want to run a cycle? No way your body is ready for that.

    Start lifting, do so consistently for a year and do 20-30 mins cardio post lifting and then see where you are.

    Also fix your diet because I'm guessing (and I could be wrong) that your bodyfat is pretty high. Visit our diet section and get squared away there.

    No no no. That was years prior I didn't lift on a regular basis now and for the past 3 years or so I've been lifting hard
