And I will start the first 2 weeks with 250 test and then 500.

You'll need armidex during cycle, nolva for pct. Don't use the dex during pct and don't use the nolva during cycle. Don't even cycle unless you decide to use hcg. It's nor really an option anymore with all the advances we now know doing this. Be safe and do it correctly to avoid any potential problems.Originally Posted by Jong7

No I don't. I remember from my first cycle (12 years ago) that I have used HCG 10 days after the last shot of test (3 shots one e3d) and then the serms. Now I see that things have changed. Can I use 1 shot of 500 iu HCG once a week instead of two 250 iu ?

It would be better to keep a constant level with the two a week split.

Ok, thanks a lot. I have to find how to get 250 iu out of 5000 because i don't understand the whole process very well. I am new to this.

This. You can get by with once a week, but 2x is optimal
