    I could see how melatonin "could" in theory help and a case could probably be made to show it is effective. I've researched melatonin extensively over the years and found it to really have a whole host of benefits. Much like NAC, I've found it to benefit most of the bodily systems functions. OP, we're still not saying it will raise GH to any real beneficial extent, but it's worth a look. I know I'm about to do it.

    If people did the research, everyone would be taking them! They truly are some of the few worth spending money on. I'm never without.
